Rachel Jonstone

Rachel brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit program leadership, with a focus on direct services and community-centered care. Before joining Common Hands, she worked in youth development and public health, always centering programs that meet people where they are.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington. Rachel is driven by the belief that simple, steady support builds real trust. She lives in the city with her husband and their dog, Lena, and enjoys hiking and writing poetry in her free time.
